VARIETAL: Sangiovese 
VINEYARD: Poggio al Sole and Pian Bossolino located in Montalcino, planted on tufo (clay) and galestro. 
VINIFICATION: Fermented in slavonian oak casks for about 10 days. 
AGING: Aged in second-use French Oak barrels for 10 months, and an additional 4 months in steel tanks.
