Medium bodied, fruit-driven, smells and tastes of lemon zest, Granny Smith apples, white peach, Asian spice and spring flowers. Some textural grit from sur lie ageing, and perfect little almond skin/peach pit bitter finish.From Abruzzo, right on the Adriatic Sea, where they eat fish and drink. Beyond fish, pair it with rice and pasta dishes with poultry and fresh veggies.
