Region: Veneto IGT
Vinification: Soft pressing and fermentation in stainless steel
Maturation: 4 years on the lees in bottle. Zero sugar/“liqueur” added at disgorgement
Recommendation: An excellent aperitif with seafood and shellfish dishes, as well as pasta and risottos.
