Brunello di Montalcino
This Brunello has an intense purple-red color with a rustic clarity. Each bottling is highly representative of the vintage, with cooler vintages expressing enticingly delicate aromatics and warmer vintages displaying the power and complexity known to Brunello. Common notes are fresh plum and berry fruit aromas that gradually give way to violets, licorice, menthol and clove. The palate shows power and richness with elegant dark fruits, dried fig, and leather with age.
The tannins are beautifully structure and refined and acid is lively – perfect for enjoying now or cellaring for many years.
