This great Arneis is grown in Piedmont - Roero area, on the left bank of Tanaro River. Here the soil, composed of gravel and sand, enjoys an excellent sun exposure. After the harvest, it follows the traditional vinification with a fermentation at low controlled temperature. The result is a golden yellow coloured wine. Its bouquet is intense with clear notes of exotic fruit, banana and pear. The flavour is soft, slightly fruity, mellow and harmonious. Excellent as an appetizer wine, it pairs well with fish, salami, white meats and risottos.
Serve at 8-12 °C. Best within two years after vintage.
